Important Note
Please be mindful to fully extinguish your cigarette butts around campus and in the broader community, especially in drier conditions. Do not dispose of cigarette butts in the grass or plant beds.

Concordia University of Edmonton is a smoke-free campus as of September 1, 2018.

We are pleased to announce that as of September 1, 2018, Concordia University of Edmonton’s campus is a smoke-free campus!

We are committed to promoting health and wellness for the whole CUE community and believe that providing you with a clean, healthy, smoke-free environment to study, learn, teach, play, visit and live in, is one of the best ways to achieve this.

Need help to quit? We encourage you to access the smoking cessation program offered for free by Alberta Health Services: www.albertaquits.ca.

You may also access smoking cessation programs through the following plan most relevant to you: the CSA Benefit Plan, the Employee Assistance Plan, and Counselling Services.
