6.0 Financial Aid 2023/2024

Students are encouraged to develop a plan for financing the costs of university from their first term through to the completion of their degree program. Financial aid in the form of loans, bursaries and scholarships is meant to assist students and parents with the cost of an
education. Government student loan programs are available for Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents and those with protected person status through the province of residence and may consist of loans and grants. Students who are citizens of countries other than Canada and who are attending Concordia University of Edmonton on a study permit (student visa) are not eligible for Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial financial assistance. Students from other countries who require financial aid should contact officials of their own governments for financial assistance options.
