Residence Fees

We want to strike the right balance between providing a high-level Residence Life Experience, while also being affordable! We work hard to keep our residence fees competitive and we are proud to be one of the few schools that do not charge an application fee.

Residence Fees for the 2021-2022 Year:

Please note: Only single rooms are planned to be offered for the Fall 2021 semester.

Private Room (Single): $3,045.00/semester
Shared Room (Double): $2,050.00/semester

Administrative Fees:

Residence Programming Fee: $75.00/semester
Residence Experience Deposit: $500.00

Declining Balance Meal Plan

Please note: The declining balance meal plan is mandatory for students living in undergraduate residence halls.

$1,830.00/semester (approximately 10 meals per week) (minimum non-refundable amount)

Any unused funds at the end of the Fall will carry over to the Winter but expire at the end of the Winter semester. Meal funds can be used at any time during Cafeteria hours.


Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions about your dietary restrictions- religious, medical, or otherwise! The Housing Services Coordinator, in consultation with Concordia University of Edmonton’s caterer, will determine how best to support you.
