What is CUE Wellness?

The CUE Wellness Team offers 1-1 peer support, a variety of events, health promotion projects, and other exciting initiatives throughout the year focusing on wellness!

Who makes the CUE Wellness Team?

We have three positions that make up our wellness team:

  • Wellness Educators: Identify mental health and well-being needs at CUE, create and facilitate workshops for all students.
  • Wellness Volunteers: Maintain health promotion projects while creating a welcoming space for students at CUE. Our volunteers also maintain our health promotion projects.
  • Peer Support: Provides 1-1 confidential drop-in sessions for students needing support.
