Where Do I Get My Parchment?
Pick up at Convocation (May)
The easiest way to receive your parchment is at your Convocation celebration in May. Students attending the ceremony will receive their gown, cap, tassel, hood, parchment, and distinction cord (if applicable) during the event. Parchment packages are released only upon presentation of valid photo identification, and only after the ceremony.
If You Cannot Attend Convocation
Graduates who are unable to attend Convocation can pick up their parchment package from the Office of the Registrar (HA 120) within two weeks after the ceremony.
Packages not picked up within two weeks will be mailed via Canada Post (Signature Required) to the student’s current mailing address.
Please provide written authorization to registrar@concordia.ab.ca for third-party pickup, which includes the legal name of the person collecting the parchment package.
September or January Conferrals
