Roxanne Felix-Mah brings over 15 years of experience in leading diversity and inclusion (D&I), equity, and anti-racism initiatives across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. She has served as both an internal and external consultant, driving organizational change in D&I, equity, and anti-oppression as a manager and leader. Her diverse background allows her to customize services to meet organizational and community goals effectively. Additionally, she excels in strategic planning, workshop design, participatory facilitation, and community-based research.
