Applications for the 2025/2026 Academic year will open on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. There is no specific deadline to apply for residence because we operate on a first-come first-served basis. As soon as you have a CUE Online Services account, you may complete the application. Applications will open for students only attending CUE in the Winter 2026 Academic Term in October 2025.

Application Process
Please ensure that you are checking your CUE email address as we will only communicate updates about your application there.
- Fill out the residence application through Online Services using the button above.
- Once your application is complete you will receive an automatic confirmation email to CUE email account.
- Wait to hear from us – make sure to check your personal and CUE email address! Our first-round acceptances are usually sent out in early-March and on a bi-weekly basis after that.
- If you are conditionally accepted, you will receive an email congratulating you and outlining next steps to confirm your spot in residence.
- Pay the $500 Residence Experience Deposit and sign your residence contract online via the links provided in your conditional acceptance email and by the deadline provided.
- Get ready to move-in and start experiencing residence life!
Student residences typically open a few days before New Student Orientation in the fall and the day before in the winter.
