Noreen Sibanda, MA is a seasonal psychology instructor with experience teaching PSYC 104, PSYC 105, Psychology of Women, and Human Sexuality.

Her teaching emphasizes critical thinking and real-world application, supporting students in connecting psychological concepts to lived experience and contemporary social issues. Noreen’s research and professional interests include intersectionality, anti-racism, and decolonizing therapy, with a focus on how identity, power, and systems shape mental health and wellness.

She is also a practicing clinician, bringing an applied, client-centered perspective into the classroom and fostering inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments.
