Student Orientation
All the new students arriving to Concordia University of Edmonton are required to attend Student Orientation at the beginning of each semester. You will receive an invitation to Student Orientation a few weeks before the start of classes.
Orientation Day is an opportunity for newcomers to be introduced to campus, faculty and staff members. It is also a great opportunity to make connections with other new students in your program, kick-start the semester and have some fun!
International Student Orientation
International Students are also required to attend the International Student Orientation. During this orientation you will meet the International Office along with staff members from other departments and connect more with other international and exchange students from all over the world. The orientation includes information on the following:
- Immigration Matters
- Important University Deadlines and Dates
- Health Care and Alberta Health Care Card
- Settlement Support: Cellphones, Banking, Public Transportation, Social Insurance Numbers, etc.
- Tips for a Successful Study Experience in Canada
- and much more!
