CUE is a member of the Canadian Military, Veteran and Family Connected Campus Consortium (CMVF3C). This national network improves access and support for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, Veterans, and military families in post-secondary education.
CUE’s connection to the military is long-standing. The Concordia Platoon trained on campus during the Second World War and was the only platoon in Alberta to complete Commando training. By 1943, 55 students and alumni were serving. That history continues in the many CUE students and graduates who maintain strong ties to the CAF today.
