High School Admission
Domestic admission for Management is based on meeting the following two criteria:
- Five program-specific Grade 12 subjects with a minimum overall admission average of 65%.
- English Language Arts 30-1
- Mathematics 30-1 or Mathematics 30-2
- Three subjects from Group A, B, C or D. A maximum of one Group B subject and one Group D subject may be used for admission.

- Fulfillment of English Language Requirement — Regardless of citizenship, all undergraduate applicants must possess an adequate English Language Proficiency level to be admissible. Typically, most Canadian applicants will automatically meet this requirement by having completed three years of full-time education in English, in Canada. If not, there are other means that the English Language Requirement can be met with a satisfactory score from an approved English Language proficiency examination.
International admission for Management is based on meeting the following three criteria:
- Appropriate Secondary School Qualification.
- Graduation from a secondary high school program that would normally make you admissible to a university in your home country.Please check the qualifications by country list
- Five program-specific admission subjects with a minimum overall admission average of 65%
- English Language Arts
- Mathematics (Algebra)
- Three subjects from History, Languages other than English, Fine Arts, Sciences, and /or other subjects. A maximum of one Fine Arts course and a maximum of one other subject may be used for admission.All subjects presented for admission must be from distinct subject areas.
- Fulfillment of the English Language Requirement
Jump Start Admission (Grade 11)
All Jump Start applicants have the advantage of being accepted to university studies in Grade 11. Admission is based on presentation of five program-specific Grade 11 courses, being on track to take the Grade 12 sequel courses at an equal or greater course level and meeting the minimum admissions average.

Adult Admission (Non-Matriculated)
Not everyone goes to university directly from high school. Whether it’s been months or years since you have been in a classroom, it’s never too late to go back to school and get an excellent university education.
You can apply as a non-matriculated applicant if you meet the following conditions
- You are at least 20 years of age by the end of the semester in which you are seeking admission
- You do not meet regular high school requirements
- You are a Canadian or Permanent Resident
- You have never attended university or college or have completed less than 24 credits.

At Concordia University of Edmonton, your achievements in the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme will be recognized.
Your IB grades will be used to calculate your admission average and to determine your eligibility to receive transfer credit.
