The Master of Education in Educational Leadership is a cohort based program. It is a twenty-two month, 30 credit graduate degree program through Concordia University of Edmonton. The hybrid delivery model is designed for working professional educators.
The program provides applied and interdisciplinary approaches to understanding educational issues, identifying effective processes, and applying research findings constructively to influence school goals and outcomes.
In Alberta, graduates of this program will be well prepared to provide leadership and service in Alberta schools.

A blended learning course is a combination of face-to-face (F) and online (O) components. Each course identified as ‘Blended’ will have at least one (F) meeting held on a Friday evening (6:00-9:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00-4:00 pm), with the remaining instruction being conducted online. Blended courses may have more than one (F) class, depending upon the course. Individual course syllabi describe the (F) requirements. Coursed identified as (O) will be completed completely online.
