Field Experiences (FXP) are key components of Concordia’s BEd(AD) program. They are intended to provide student teachers with opportunities to develop their competencies based on the Teaching Quality Standard (TQS) for certification with Alberta Education. Working with certificated teachers, student teachers experience the realities of day-to-day teaching and demonstrate their ability to transform theory into practice. University facilitators provide guidance and support throughout the field experiences.
