What past participants have said:

“I looked forward to the warm and welcoming atmosphere Marina cultivated each week. Marina took the time to address everyone’s questions and provided space for us to share our experiences, which allowed us to learn from not only Marina but also from our peers. Since taking the class, I’ve had a chance to explore other paths of yoga that aren’t typically discussed in the average yoga class. Inspired by the Jnana yoga path we explored, I’m currently diving deeper into “knowledge yoga” with a class on Psychology and Buddhism. Thanks, Marina, for sharing your experiences and love of yoga!” Lauren

“I must say I am very impressed with the breadth of knowledge Marina brings to the topic and the effortless way she leads us through. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to broaden their understanding of the different yoga streams or who are simply looking to hit ‘reset’ and start on a new path in their life. Marina’s wonderful energy sets the tone for a safe space where people can feel empowered to explore and share.” – Tammy
