New Final Report forms for Internal Research Grants

If you have received an Internal Research Grant (Seed, Impact, CUE-NSE), one of the requirements is for you to submit a Final Report within 30 days of the end of the research activity.
Effective immediately, all Final Reports must be submitted using the updated form, which can be downloaded using the link below. Previous forms have been discontinued and will no longer be accepted.
Applicants who have received a previous Internal Research Grant must submit a final report before applying to subsequent internal grants.
This report may be used by the ORS to promote funded research, demonstrate research results and outcomes of grants, and to provide input for program evaluations.
