For faculty and staff who are planning to attend the Concordia World Gala, CUE is offering a payroll deduction payment plan for the purchase of Gala tickets.

The payment plan:

You can purchase your ticket(s), and have the purchase deducted from your pay over the next three pay periods.

3 pay periods: $100 for 3 pay periods per ticket
2 pay periods: $150 for 2 pay periods per ticket
1 pay period: $300 for 1 pay period per ticket

You are welcome to purchase more than one ticket if you have family or friends joining you, and the payments will be adjusted accordingly.

Please complete this authorization form and submit it to events@concordia.ab.ca by the deadline of Friday, November 1.

Deadline for using CUE payment plan:

As the Gala is fast approaching, to take advantage of the 3 payroll deductions, you must complete and submit the form by Friday, November 1.
