Farewell to Lillian Kennedy

Posted on: Dec 18, 2019

Our highly valued Psychology Field Placement Coordinator, Lillian Kennedy, is retiring on Dec. 20th. On behalf of the Psychology Department, we would like to thank Lillian for the many important contributions she has made.  In addition to her unique and valued role in matching students to applied settings, allowing them to develop human service skills, she has facilitated meaningful career opportunities for them immediately following their graduation.  She has been a valued asset to the Psychology faculty team. They will miss her diplomacy, wise counsel, supportive demeanor, impeccable organizational abilities, excellent writing skills, and capacity to overcome all obstacles in mentoring them to mentor their applied field placement students.  Although everyone will miss her, we all wish her a very fulfilling retirement. Thank you, Lillian, and farewell.
