Posted on: Oct 7, 2019If there is a serious incident in progress where life or property is in danger, dial 911 before contacting security.
If you accidentally dial 911 or 9911 you will reach emergency services, do not hang up, stay on the line and advise them it was a mistake. If you do not advise them it was a mistake the Police will verify the call in person. Additionally, please also contact Concordia University of Edmonton Security and advise them of the call.
