Conference Services & Housing Contact

As the end of the academic year is on the horizon, we may see an increase in questions about summer conference rentals and/or summer residence. We kindly ask for staff to confirm with callers the nature of their inquiry before forwarding them on to avoid potential frustration about feeling “ping-ponged” between departments.
Colette Storms is the contact for Conference Services inquiries which includes any summer rentals from external groups/any non-students. Please refer all these inquiries to Colette at extension 208, or to her email at colette.storms@concordia.ab.ca.
William Logan is the contact for Housing inquiries which includes any current students looking for housing. Please refer all these inquiries to William at extension 349, or by email to housing@concordia.ab.ca.
