Chat with IT Helpdesk

To provide an additional avenue for getting in touch with IT Helpdesk in this time where we are trying to minimize in-person contact, but still provide services to our students and staff, we have enabled a chat option from our IT Helpdesk page (https://concordia.ab.ca/campus-services/help-desk/contact-us/).
This chat feature will be available on the following schedule:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 9:00pm
Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday 1:00pm tp 6:00pm
