Campus Internet Outage December 6
Posted on: Dec 5, 2020All Concordia web services and on-campus internet will be unavailable on December 6th 2020 from 2AM until 2PM. The City of Edmonton will have contractors performing an emergency repair to a damaged fiber optic cable that Concordia uses to connect to the internet as well as other networks.
Moodle, Online Services, Remote Desktop Services, Alfresco, SSO, and Library Databases will be unavailable during this time.
Email service will be degraded during this time. Email messages can be sent and received; however, access to mailboxes during this time will be intermittent. No email data will be lost as a result of this outage.
