All Singers & Handbells on Deck This Weekend

All handbells on deck for today’s noontime recital, 12:15 in Tegler! In addition to the Singspiration campers, the summer Chinese students will be performing, with coverage by CBC Edmonton.
As Singspiration XX draws to a close this weekend, please consider joining us for the concluding concerts in Tegler. Tickets for both are $15 at the door.
Jordan Van Biert conducts more than 100 adult singers in HEAVEN AND EARTH, Friday at 7:30 pm. The choral selections will be accompanied in part, and complemented by, Concordia string trio Ombra di Musica, featuring 2019 CUE alumnae (2019) Christina Sawchuk Debusschere, Natalie Tederoff (daughter of IT’s Ted Tederoff), and Joanna Wittmeier.
On Saturday at 3 pm, the 50 singers in the youth and junior choir will present the repertoire they’ve been working on this week with crackerjack conductors Meghan Rayment and Dr. Melissa Morgan. The concert also features the students who have been falling in love with handbells this week under the direction of our handbell guru, Debbie Rice.
