Upcoming opportunities to share employee feedback

Posted on: Mar 21, 2022

Dear CUE colleagues,

I previously shared that we wanted to hear from you in order to build a brighter future for CUE. I’d like to update you on our plans for gathering feedback from the community and let you know how you can participate.

On April 7 and 8, we’ll be hosting a series of in-person discussion groups with CUE employees and students. We’ll be asking participants to openly share their concerns, insights and ideas for how we can improve our work and the ways we work together.

Our senior leadership team and Director of Human Resources will attend each discussion group. We want to be fully engaged in listening, so we have invited an external facilitator to lead the sessions. The groups will be intentionally kept small to allow the conversation to be as rich and as meaningful as possible.

Complete this form by Monday, March 28 if you are interested in participating in a discussion group. We’ll try to accommodate as many people as possible, but attendance will be limited to enable productive discussions.

The discussion groups are just one way we’ll be collecting feedback from the CUE community. Shortly after the in-person sessions, we’ll introduce an online feedback tool where everyone will be able to contribute to the conversation. Please stay tuned for more details.

Along with my colleagues on the senior leadership team, I’m committed to using your feedback to inform decisions and to make meaningful changes at CUE. After we collect everyone’s feedback, I’ll provide an update on what we heard and share our next steps.

These discussions are critical for the CUE community to be able to move forward together in a productive, positive way. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Tim Loreman, PhD.
President and Vice-Chancellor
