Undergraduate Research in Science Conference of Alberta (URSCA) – Abstract Submissions Due April 1st!

This year’s Undergraduate Research in Science Conference of Alberta (URSCA) will be hosted by MacEwan University.

The annual event showcases the contributions that Alberta undergraduate students make to scientific research. 

URSCA 2022 is scheduled for May 5-6, 2022. The event will be held virtually, and there will be no cost to attendees.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Torah Kachur, a PhD microbiologist, and the National Science Columnist for CBC Radio.

The conference will also feature a panel discussion on career paths in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). 

Registration will continue until April 1st (for presenters) and until May 4th (for attendees only).  

Students who register as presenters should submit their abstracts to ursca@macewan.ca by April 1st, 2022, at 4:00 pm.
