Thunder Hockey Opens with Two Wins

The Concordia Thunder Hockey team got their ACAC regular season off to a solid start with 4-2 and 7-2 victories over the MacEwan Griffins this past weekend. Coach Peacocke summed up the weekend as "a very solid start" and said, "I think the guys are starting to see the potential that this team has; the same potential that the coaches have being observing for a few weeks now."
This weekend is another good test for our Thunder as they take on the SAIT Trojans.The home game goes on Friday, October 19th at Terwilligar Arena at 8:15 PM start, followed by a trip to Calgary on Saturday, October 20 with the puck dropping at 6 p.m.
