Service Excellence Training, June 7

Dr. Tim Loreman will be facilitating a 'Service Excellence Training' session in HA017 at 3pm on June 7. The topic of the session is 'Serving people with disabilities'. All Concordia faculty, staff, administration, and supervisors are encouraged to attend. Our customer service is already outstanding, but we can always find ways to do better.
