Service Excellence Training – Module 4 Nov 23rd

The Service Excellence Training which was introduced in the spring, will be presented once again. If you missed a particular module, now is your opportunity to attend. If you were able to attend all 4 modules, no new information will be shared. The modules will run the following dates:
Module 1: Service Excellence Guidelines, presented by Karen Hildebrandt & Dan Mirau.
