The Leonard Foundation Financial Assistance Program is a private scholarship Trust established in 1916 by the late Rueben Wells Leonard. The Leonard Foundation scholarships are awarded to students enrolled or enrolling full-time in an accredited undergraduate degree program in a College or University in Canada who demonstrate financial need.
