The Gurpreet and Arsh Khaira Bursary is non-repayable financial assistance awarded on the basis of financial need.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program. Open studies, visiting students, certificates and diploma programs are not eligible.
- Present satisfactory academic standing on the most recent course work of full-time study at the time of application defined by the program of study (see Academic Calendar section 9.3.4). For undergraduate students, spring and summer courses are excluded.
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada.
- Status Indian/First Nations, Non-Status Indian/First Nations, Inuit, or Métis. Applicants must provide proof of Indigenous ancestry.
- Demonstrate financial need based on a modest standard of living. Preference will be given to students who are not receiving other awards totaling more than $3,500.
