President Loreman’s Wednesday Update, October 21, 2020.

Posted on: Oct 21, 2020

Dear CUE Community,

Today’s Wednesday Update is short and sweet. I just want to remind our community about the opportunities that exist, and the rules around, coming to campus.

First, all members of our community are more than welcome to come to campus to study and work. We have plenty of covid-friendly study space available in the Library and elsewhere. It is warm, comfortable, and we offer access to wifi and computers. Give it a try!

Of course, we have protocols that must be followed for all campus visits. You will need to sign in and out so that we are able to do contact tracing if necessary, properly worn masks are mandatory in public indoor spaces, and we encourage frequent hand sanitizing. Guests, including family members, are not allowed on campus unless special permission has been granted ahead of time. We have some of our security staff monitoring the entrance and exit but don’t be put off by their uniforms – you will find that they are very nice and friendly people!

Wishing you all another wonderful week,

Stay safe, stay healthy, and please wear your mask.

Tim Loreman, PhD.

President and Vice Chancellor.
