CUE Wellness will no longer be offering live virtual Relaxation Practice on Fridays at noon.  Instead pre-recorded sessions are now available at: https://concordia.ab.ca/student-services/student-life-learning/support-services/cue-wellness/

Now you can take advantage of sessions at anytime that’s convenient for you!
