New Professor Linda Van Netten Blimke

The English department is excited to announce the appointment of a new assistant professor, Linda Van Netten Blimke. Linda Van Netten Blimke comes to us from the University of Alberta, where she is currently finishing up her PhD dissertation (entitled "The Politics of Sympathy: Female Sentimental Travel Writers and Revolution, 1775-1800"). She will join us officially in August. Her primary teaching area is literature from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Welcome Linda!
