Secular Meditation & Stress Management Workshop
We all work so hard to take care of the needs of our students, and create a good environment for them. We can’t forget to take care of ourselves! This workshop will provide you with some easy meditation techniques to help you manage stress in your daily life. You don’t need to meditate for hours to get benefits and this workshop will show you that just being mindful for a few minutes can have immeasurable benefits.
