HIV & STBBI Basics
Ever wanted to know more about human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and other sexually transmitted and blood borne infections (STBBIs). Join Natalie (she/her) and Angela (she/her) from HIV Edmonton as they give the basics on HIV and other STBBIs including how they are transmitted, treated and prevented. They will also discuss how myths and misconceptions about HIV and STBBIs leads to stigma and discrimination for those living with a positive result/diagnosis. Stick around after the presentation for a Q&A, answering your sexual health questions.
