Exploring Sex & Intimacy in the COVID-19 Era
Join sexologist Dr. Brian Parker for this engaging and interactive look into the world of intimacy in the time of a global pandemic. This presentation will highlight NEW safer sex recommendations to help stop the spread of the corona virus (and STI’s) for all folks regardless of sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Dr. Brian will also discuss how modern dating and romantic relationships continue to evolve and change (especially in the COVID-19 era).

Dr. Brian is a highly respected sexologist and sex educator with a Ph.D. from The Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality. Over the past 20 years, Brian has taught sexual health education to over 200,000 students in numerous colleges, universities, and junior/senior high schools. Dr. Brian has also trained sexual health professionals from post-secondary institutions, health authorities, government agencies, and the non-profit sector across Canada. Currently, Dr. Brian is an instructor of graduate and undergraduate courses at the University of Alberta, Concordia University of Edmonton, MacEwan University, and Norquest College.
