Erasmus+ Visiting Professors

The Faculty of Management and Mihalcheon School of Management welcomes our Erasmus+ Visiting Professors from the University of Szczecin, Poland.
Barbara Czerniachowicz, PhD, is an Assistant Professor and Lecturer in the Institute of Management
at the University of Szczecin. Her current scientific interests are focused on issues of determinants of entrepreneurship,
management, intrapreneurship, women entrepreneurship, among others.
Małgorzata Guzowska, PhD, is a Professor in the Institute of Econometrics and Statistics at the University of Szczecin. Dr. Guzowska’s research interests include dynamical systems, numerical methods in economics, demographic and socio-economic analysis and performance based budgeting, to name a few.
During their visit, Dr. Czerniachowicz and Dr. Guzowska will be meeting with various Faculty, staff, and departments as well as hearing from some Bachelor of Management students and their experience with WIL (Work Integrated Learning).
