Email signature update

An update to the new email signature will be rolled out to all users on Thursday, September 8th.
The purpose of this update is to clean up some space and coding issues on the new HTML-based, mobile-friendly signature, that was released in June. As mentioned previously, the new signature features clickable elements such as your name, the logo and URL, and the social media icons, as well as incorporating our new logo.
A couple of things that should be noted:

This will be a uniform change across the board.

Any personalization to your current signature will disappear.

If your contact information appears incorrectly, please contact HR to have the database corrected.

If required, you will be able to add information, such as a cell phone number to the signature. Please contact the IT Services Help Desk if you have any questions on this.

Please keep edits to the signature to a minimum in order to maintain our brand identity.
