CUE is proud recipient of a Smoke-Free Spaces Award

Posted on: Feb 25, 2019

CUE is the proud recipient of an Award of Excellence from the Alberta Smoke Free Spaces Award Program 2019!

Board Chair Russ Murrow, President Tim Loreman and Vice President Student Life & Learning Barb Van Ingen, attended the awards ceremony last week with over 100 tobacco reduction stakeholders in attendance. The award was given in recognition of CUE’s exemplary action to restrict smoking from shared spaces.

We are thrilled to be recognized for our commitment to promoting health and wellness on our campus. Thanks to everyone – students, faculty, staff and visitors – for your co-operation since we became a smoke-free campus on September 1, 2018.
