CAST Peer Support Team Staging Events on Bell ‘Let’s Talk’ Day

The Concordia Awareness and Support Team was an integral part of last week's Thunder Athletics 'Make Some Noise for Mental Health' campaign and the Peer Support Team from CAST will be putting a 'bookend' on the campaign by hosting two events this coming Wednesday, January 25th in concert with the national mental health awareness initiative, Bell Canada's 'Let's Talk' campaign. For "Let's Talk CUE", CAST will have a booth set up in Tegler all day and students will have the chance to answer questions about how they manage their mental health. Participating students will have their names entered into draws to win gift cards. During the lunch hour, students from the Peer Support Team will manage the booth, connect with students and answer any questions that they may have. Later in day, the CAST crew will host 'Paint Night" as the capper to 'Wellness Wednesdays' in Tegler from 6 to 8 PM.
