Augustana Roll Over Thunder Men’s Volleyball

Turbulent…that is the word that best describes the atmosphere around the Thunder Men's Volleyball team over the past couple of weeks. With personnel changes in the offing, the Thunder have had a lot to deal with both on and off the court. Friday night in Camrose, the team came out scrapping but were unable to get past the offense of the Vikings and went down in straight sets 25-14, 25-19 and 25-19.
Back at home on Saturday night, the Thunder pushed the Vikings right to the limit and even went into extra points in the second set, but once again were unable to get over the top on the men from Augustana. Set scores were 25-23, 26-24 and 25-23.
With a bye week coming up, the Thunder will have a chance to regroup before facing their crosstown rivals from King's University on November 13th and 14th.
