AGE-WELL Emerging Entrepreneur Award in Technology and Aging

AGE-WELL – Canada’s technology and aging network is accepting applications for the Emerging Entrepreneur Award.
This award supports development of emerging entrepreneurs to create and grow an innovative start-up with potential social and economic impact in Canada. All students and recent graduates (graduates within the last three years) with an innovative idea or a business that can improve the lives of older adults and caregivers are eligible to apply for this award.
- Award Value and Term: $25,000 (1 year award; not renewable)
- Business/innovation area: AGE-WELL’s 8 Challenge Areas
- Timeline: Applications Open: 1 February, 2019
Completed Applications Due: 8 March, 2019
Results Available: 27 March, 2019
Funding Commences: April 2019
