Concordia Signs Strategic MOU with the University of Erlangen, Germany

Posted on: Apr 17, 2020

In the midst of a world health crisis, CUE continues to cultivate our global friendships and foster new ones. We are pleased to announce the signing of an MOU and Exchange Agreement with the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.

Germany is in the heart of one of our three strategic global focus areas for international university collaboration (Europe), and this contact originated thanks to the Erasmus+ program that made it possible for CUE and FAU to get in touch, in Europe, last year. We are thankful to Erasmus+ and our strong collaboration with this European funding agency.

The Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, in the highest rankings in Germany and worldwide, was founded in 1743 and offers a variety of topics, subjects and facilities to allow everyone at the university to develop professionally and personally.

FAU offers research and evidence-based teaching and is one of the most research-intensive universities in Germany, constantly investing in modern research infrastructures.

FAU seeks the further development of students to become critical, self-reliant personalities who use their acquired skills and knowledge independently, responsibly and for the benefit of society.

We are proud of this partnership and look forward to working with FAU.
