Please welcome Andras to the Faculty of Science as the Field Placement Coordinator, BScIT and MScIT Program!
Andras was born and raised in Romania, and after a 14 year teaching career moved to Canada 6 years ago. Andras has a Bachelor’s in History and a Master’s in Geopolitics. He finds it very rewarding helping students to succeed in their journey toward a professional career.
Outside of work, he likes to spend his time with the family, go to the gym, hiking, and cook. Believes in the motto: “mens sana in corpore sano”, so besides the physical activities, he reads and plays chess. Andras is looking forward to joining the CUE team and calling Edmonton home.
