UPDATE: Male following a female in a vehicle

Yesterday two helpful Concordia people recorded the license plate of the susupect and reported the incident to Concordia Security.
The man is described as having brown skin, balding with dark brown/black hair, with a round face and a close shaved beard and mustache. He was driving a dark grey BMW two door, license plate CKB 6460, the rear spoiler is broken in the middle. A photo of the vehicle is attached. The Edmonton Police Service has this information.
