From the 2020 URSCA website:

The Undergraduate Research in Science Conference of Alberta (URSCA) is an annual, multi-disciplinary conference for undergraduate students who are involved with Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) eligible science research.

The aim of the conference is to provide a venue to showcase outstanding examples of undergraduate research by students and engage with faculty and students from other post-secondary institutions. Business and industry sectors from across the province are also invited to share issues and strategies related to undergraduate research.

The inaugural conference was hosted by MacEwan University in 2015 with the theme “Exploring Undergraduate Research.” Since then, URSCA has been successfully hosted by The Kings University, Mount Royal University, University of Lethbridge and University of Calgary.

In the spring of 2020, URSCA returns to MacEwan University.
