The Neighborhood Clean-Up Event was a Success!
Posted on: Jul 29, 2019The Staff Association Executive and Manager’s Group would like to thank everyone who attended the Neighborhood Cleanup event!
The thunderstorms held off and the weather cooperated with us so there was a good turnout (27 people attended). We were able to collect a garbage bin full of litter from the surrounding area. It was a great opportunity to give back to our community and we appreciate all who do their part in taking care of the beautiful area our campus resides in.
A huge thanks to all of the volunteers; in particular, special thanks to Angela Querengesser for organizing this event from its inception and for putting all of the hard work into making this event possible.
We look forward to hosting more events like this in the future!
