Sociology Assistant Professor Positions: Teaching Demonstrations & Research Presentations

The Faculty of Arts invites members of the CUE community to attend the open virtual teaching demonstrations and research presentations of 4 potential candidates for our two Sociology Assistant Professor positions. As part of the interview process, each candidate is given an opportunity to showcase their teaching skills as well as provide an overview of current research plans.
Last week, Candidate A gave their presentation, but there are still three more candidates that will be presenting this week. Below briefly outlines the presentation schedules for the remaining candidates:
The Teaching Demonstration will include a 10-minute introduction, 30-minute presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A.
The Research Presentation will include a 20-minute presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A.
