CUE chemistry student and professor discuss “less unhealthy” french fries on 630 CHED
On September 19, CUE’s Dr. Makan Golizeh and Seth Nobert joined Brad Wisker on 630 CHED to talk about their latest research on french fries and how they could be made “less unhealthy.” Dr. Golizeh is an Associate Professor of Chemistry and Department Chair of Environmental and Physical Sciences at CUE. Seth Nobert is a fifth-year student in CUE’s Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Management Dual Degree program.
