Degree Package Pick-up

For those not attending the Convocation Ceremony, their degree package is made available for pick-up at the Registrar’s Office (HA 120) for two weeks following the event. After this time, the Registrar’s Office will mail the package to the permanent address listed on the graduate’s Application for Degree/Certificate form.
Please note that you may also change your permanent address through Online Services For Students or contact us at registrar@concordia.ab.ca or by phone at 780-479-9250 prior to Convocation.
If your address is outside of the Edmonton or surrounding area, you will be required to pay the extra mailing costs through our the Student Accounts department at studentaccts@concordia.ab.ca or by phone at 780-479-9201.
