CUE Connect is finally ready for launch! Please take time today to explore the new intranet. Employee information and resources have been transitioned from various parts of the CUE website or Alfresco to be in one convenient location at cueconnect.concordia.ab.ca. 

Those employees who previously had access to add Inside CUE posts will have access to post news on the CUE Connect homepage on behalf of their teams and departments.

Later this month, the current Inside CUE newsfeed on the public website will transition to a newsroom for external news, stories, events and student updates. You will hear more from about how this space will be used in the coming weeks.

It’s been exciting to see CUE Connect’s development in the past months – and we would like to see it grow to be as useful as possible. Log in and learn about it today. We’ll test your knowledge on Wednesday for a chance to win a CUE prize pack. A draw for names will take place on Friday, Jan. 20. 

Logging in is easy

If you have not already done so, go to cueconnect.concordia.ab.ca. If you are faculty or staff, sign in under the CUE employee section and enter the same sign-in information as your CUE email and password. 

Step 1: Choose the option with the CUE logo, if you are Faculty or staff.

Step 2: You will see a microsoft sign-in screen. Please input your employee email address, and the same password you use to login to your work gmail account (please check that the address begins with https://login.microsoftonline.com before entering your credentials).

The intranet will reduce the need for email, so please check the intranet regularly for announcements about key initiatives and employee events. The Inside CUE articles from the university’s external website will now be posted on CUE Connect.

Please familiarize yourself with the six main sections below:

Working at CUE: Here you will find information about payroll, benefits, policies, new employee information, and more.

Safety and Security: This section will provide you with information on alarm system access, emergency procedures, safety toolkits, reporting procedures, etc. 

Health and Wellness: Looking for an organized place where all wellness programs and supports are in one place? Here you will find links to counselling, nutrition advice, inclusivity initiatives and more.

Employee Resources: This will be a valuable area to return regularly for IT support, branding and marketing support, finance procedures and forms – it’s also a place to learn about ways to get involved on campus.

About CUE: Here you will find messages from President Tim Loreman; quick access to strategies and planning information; learn more about CUE’s vision, mission and story; department and employee information; and quick facts about CUE you can use in your projects. 

Find a Person: This area is invaluable to anyone looking for employee contact information quickly, plus you can easily click on an org chart to see who reports to whom.
